The company was originally founded on the island of Maui, HI by Erik and Clare McFrazier. Recently the company has expanded to the mainland, landing in the Great Pacific Northwest, serving Whatcom County. Originally a computer repair shop in Kihei, South Maui, we quickly saw that the need to have honest and professional technology support was not only in the consumer market, but even more so in commercial. After spending a few years providing IT support to both residential and commercial, we recognized managed services as a business model which matched our approach to business, which was to really affect an outcome, you must be fully integrated and invested. Out of this idea, produced Pacific IT Support providing fully managed services to small businesses.
